WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IF I ORDERED READY STOCK ITEMS?

  • Ready stock items will be shipped out the next 1- 3 working days after the payment is complete.
  • If alteration required, it will be shipped out the next 7 working days after the payment is complete.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IF I ORDERED A MIX OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER ITEMS?

  • You will receive all of your items once pre-order items are also ready. It might take longer than 14 working days if there is any unforeseeable delay caused by supplier's production speed, logistics delay and so on. In this case, we will inform customers via email.
