Exchange / Refund Policy

1.

Products out of stock or no longer available

  • If items become unavailable after order is placed, customers will be informed through email/ WhatsApp to conduct the refund.
  • Refund will be made in STORE CREDIT / ONLINE TRANSFER. This process will take approximately 3 working days.

The items I received:

  • did not fit me well
  • wrong size bought
  • did not look good on me
  • I do not like the item
  • For wrong size scenario, NO refund allowed but we allowed customer to exchange within 5 days, counting from the parcel delivered date.

 

Example: Customer received parcel at 1/1/2024, last exchange date will be 6/1/2024. Items returned must not be worn and washed. Items should only be returned via walk in.

 

If the items become unavailable, customers shall exchange with other items, NO refund allowed.

 

3.

Colour difference / Minor dirt

We do not entertain any dispute regarding the item colour difference as all monitors might display different shade of colour. Do note that filters are used in our pictures and product might have different shades under different lighting. No refunds/ returns/ exchanges can be done in this case. 

 

4.

Sales items 

SALE ITEMS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable

 

5.

Waiting period for pre-order longer than expected period

Pre-order items will take 10-14 working days. However, if no refunds or item exchanges can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period. 

 

We are sorry but please bared with us that we cannot fully control or guarantee the expected delivery date to be followed by our supplier factories that has led to unforeseeable delays.
