Example: Customer received parcel at 1/1/2024, last exchange date will be 6/1/2024. Items returned must not be worn and washed. Items should only be returned via walk in.
If the items become unavailable, customers shall exchange with other items, NO refund allowed.

3. | Colour difference / Minor dirt | We do not entertain any dispute regarding the item colour difference as all monitors might display different shade of colour. Do note that filters are used in our pictures and product might have different shades under different lighting. No refunds/ returns/ exchanges can be done in this case.

4. | Sales items | SALE ITEMS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable.

5. | Waiting period for pre-order longer than expected period | Pre-order items will take 10-14 working days. However, if no refunds or item exchanges can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period.
